Ordering Information
To place orders using the online store

- Select the product(s) you would like to purchase.
- Then choose quantity by size and color if applicable.
- Then click on Buy, this will create your shopping cart. You may continue to shop or checkout.
- Now input appropriate information to complete the checkout process. Choose Credit Card processing and provide credit card information. Orders will not be processed without credit card information.
- Please note any special needs (i.e. specific event dates) in the Additional Miscellaneous Instructions section.
- NC Sales tax will be billed for orders delivered and shipped in NC.
- Shipping charges will be calculated based on the "ship to" address and will be included on your final order confirmation.
- Once the order has shipped, your credit card will be billed with the actual shipping charges and a copy of the invoice will be included with your order.
- All sales on all decorated goods are final - no returns will be accepted other than defective goods. We strive to provide quality products, reliable service and timely delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order.

An Important Note About Shipping
